The Hair Crab Returns

Chef Kang Jing Peng from Noble Court creates a selection of dishes featuring crabs from Lake Tai Wu. Aside from the traditional steamed crab, there are variety of classic dishes ranging from braised baby crab with Si Chuan spicy sauce to stir-fried hairy crab meat and roe with egg, crispy conpoy and bean sprouts.
