Chef Kent Jin’s Favourites At Made In China

Showcasing a special selection of Chef Kent Jin's personal favourites from his past culinary journeys to provinces around China. Over the past year, Chef Jin has travelled to many locations including Dongbei, Hunnan, Inner Mongolia, Shandong and others. Highest quality local and seasonal ingredients are sourced from these provinces to produce authentic dishes, each representing the heart and soul of the origins of the dishes. Highlights include the Steamed soon hock fish with Hunan preserved chilli dish, the Mongolian style poached lamb with dried spices to the Stir-fried spring river shrimp with Shandong pancake.
Crustacean Promotion At Noble Court

Led by Chef Victor Hu, the culinary team at Noble Court will be featuring a month-long crustacean promotion using only the finest seasonal seafood including lobster, crab, mediterranean prawns, abalone, oyster and much more.
