Mongolian Flavours

 

The award-winning Made in China offers a selection of Northern Chinese specialties served in a stimulating contemporary setting. The Peking Duck and Beggar’s Chicken as well as the decadent desserts are some of Beijing’s favourites.

From October to December, inspired by his culinary journey around the region, Chef Kent Jin will be presenting a special Inner Mongolian menu. The dishes we reccommend are Braised beef flank with “rou cong rong” casserole style, River carp with chilli and pork belly and Braised plateau chicken with black soya bean. This specialty cuisine is an unforgettable culinary experience not to be missed.

 

 

Da Giorgio Presents Elegant Risotto and White Truffles

 

In October and November, Grand Hyatt Beijing Da Giorgio will feature a large variety of authentic Italian dishes, including risotto and valuable white truffles.

 

 

Exquisite Cantonese Homemade Soups

 

Noble Court is our traditional Cantonese restaurant which offers a superb selection of live seafood and seasonal dishes prepared by our team of master chefs.

In October and November, Noble Court will be featuring a selection of homemade soups specially prepared by Chef Victor Hu. Traditional style Cantonese soups served with meat and other ingredients in clear broth are slowly cooked for several hours, allowing the fresh ingredients to present their true flavours.

"All About Chocolate" At The Patisserie And Fountain Lounge

During this ultimate chocolate shopping and tasting experience, guests are welcomed to sample and shop for their favourite chocolates. A highlight is a live demonstration of chocolate making at the entrance to The Patisserie, between 11am to 3pm, and 5pm to 9pm, daily.

At Fountain Lounge, chocolate lovers can also indulge in a hot chocolate tea set, in November and December, appreciating every flavour and taste that our home-made chocolate, a timeless delicacy brings to our hearts and minds.

Bread makes up a large part of the German cuisine and the country produces more varieties of breads than any other country. At The Patisserie, enjoy the following varieties of breads, each based on a traditional recipe, such as Wurzelbread, Light rye bread, Bretzel and others.
