Hunan Fiery Hot And Spicy Flavours
From July until September, the south central province of Hunan is the next destination as part of Chef Kent Jin's culinary journey around China. Featuring a cuisine known for its rich, fiery flavours, created by the use of chilli peppers and garlic. Must - try dishes representing this cuisine include the "Dong Ting Hu" Lake Fish Vegetable Soup, the Steamed fresh fish with preserved chilli and "Xiangxi" style spicy stir - fried preserved meat with spring onion, etc.
