Chef Victor Hu is the Chinese Chef of Noble Court, which is the traditional Cantonese restaurant of Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza. Chef Hu joined Grand Hyatt Beijing in March 2013, bringing with him over twenty years’ of culinary experience in authentic Chinese cuisine. From a tender age, Chef Hu has always been very passionate about food. He was trained and spent most of his career in South China. He joined The St. Regis Tianjin in 2012 as Chinese Master Chef. Prior to this, Chef Hu worked for the Shangri-La China World Summit Wing in 2010 as an Assistant Chinese Master Chef.
