Noble Court is our traditional Cantonese restaurant which offers a superb selection of live seafood and seasonal dishes prepared by our team of master chefs. 
 
Inspired by a Chinese nobleman’s courtyard house, the restaurant’s stylish décor is the ideal setting for a business lunch or a relaxing dinner.  In addition, Noble Court offers seven private dining rooms that can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Chef Information

Chef Victor Hu is the Chinese Chef of Noble Court, which is the traditional Cantonese restaurant of Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza. Chef Hu joined Grand Hyatt Beijing in March 2013, bringing with him over twenty years’ of culinary experience in authentic Chinese cuisine. From a tender age, Chef Hu has always been very passionate about food. He was trained and spent most of his career in South China.
