This award winning restaurant serves the best duck in town. It features specialities from northern China, including Peking Duck and Beggar’s Chicken, which are served in the most innovative manner. The atmosphere is inviting, with the buzz coming from the diners and the action from the show kitchens.

 

An excellent wine cellar and an interesting array of desserts complement with the northern Chinese cuisine served at Made in China. Five private rooms have been designed uniquely for 6 to 16 diners.

Chef Information

Chef Kent Jin Qiang is Chinese Chef of Grand Hyatt Beijing. He has an over 30 years of culinary experience. His career includes more than 20 years in senior position in the kitchen. For the past seven years, Chef Jin has been Chinese Chef of the award-winning restaurant, Made in China, at Grand Hyatt Beijing which he and his team have successfully positioned as the best northern Chinese restaurant in the city.
