The award-winning Made in China offers a selection of Northern Chinese specialties served in a stimulating contemporary setting. Traditional dishes are expertly prepared in our show kitchens and presented in an innovative and exciting way, while the carefully selected wine cellar and extensive tea menu complete this true culinary experience.  The Peking Duck and Beggar’s Chicken as well as the decadent desserts are some of Beijing’s favourites. Chef Information

Chef Kent Jin Qiang is Chinese Chef of Grand Hyatt Beijing. He has an over 30 years of culinary experience. His career includes more than 20 years in senior position in the kitchen. For the past seven years, Chef Jin has been Chinese Chef of the award-winning restaurant, Made in China, at Grand Hyatt Beijing which he and his team have successfully positioned as the best northern Chinese restaurant in the city.
